Ellen has been working in childcare for 19 years. Ellen holds a Level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development and has worked in several other nurseries both as practitioner and room leader. She then moved into a full time Nanny role and continued working as a nanny right up until she was blessed with her own little bundle of joy, Benjamin. Ellen is passionate about early years and cares deeply about children's learning and development. One of Ellen's main focuses within the setting is providing a nurturing environment, where every child can flourish and have fun. Ellen enjoys spending as much time with Benji and her family as possible, going on outings and experiencing new things together.

Amelia holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and has worked in early years for 9 years. Becoming a parent herself has helped her understand how important it is for families to feel happy, supported, and confident when choosing childcare. Amelia lives in Wokingham, outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family and doing a bit of baking. Ameila is passionate about creating a warm, caring environment where every child can learn, grow, and feel valued.

Nicole is a creative person who loves working with children and encouraging their imagination. Nicole has previously volunteered at her son’s school, where she loved helping in the classroom and supporting the children with their learning and play. Nicole really enjoys working with children and being part of a team that helps them grow and develop. On her days off she enjoys going on nature walks with her family and exploring new areas. Nicole also loves to play board games and watch movies on a rainy day. Nicole is looking forward to meeting all the children and getting to know their unique personalities.

Hayley is an apprentice working towards her Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Before beginning her career in childcare, she was a fully qualified hairdresser and also worked with the elderly in residential and dementia care. Hayley is passionate about arts and crafts, sports, music, and travelling. She also has a daughter, Summer, who she loves spending time with. She has always had a keen interest in working with children, particularly in the early years, and is excited to be developing her skills through her apprenticeship. In the future, Hayley hopes to progress into a SENCO or management role, where she can continue to support children, families, and her colleagues.

Lucy is currently working towards her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. She is passionate about working with young children and enjoys supporting them as they learn, grow, and develop. Lucy has a strong interest in child development and particularly enjoys learning about how children form relationships and attachments in their early years. She aims to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to explore. In her free time, Lucy enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, as well as learning Japanese. She also enjoys paper origami. Lucy brings a calm, positive approach to her work and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the children and families.

Alice has always had a passion for working with children. After completing her Level 2 Childcare qualification at GCSE, she developed a strong interest in the Early Years sector, inspiring her to support and encourage children as they learn, grow, and achieve important milestones.

Through caring for her younger cousins, Alice has developed patience, confidence, and an understanding of the importance of recognising every child as unique. She finds it incredibly rewarding to build positive relationships with children and be part of their early learning journey.

Chelsey is a Level 3 qualified childcare professional with over 10 years’ experience caring for children from babies through to school age. With extensive OFSTED-registered nanny experience, she is passionate about creating safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can learn, play and thrive.
